Our Kindergarten friends will enjoy Foreign Language Day with students in the Spanish and German classes from the High School.  Have fun!

Wonderful Wednesday update... this week we are celebrating “Wear Tacky Day” by wearing mismatched clothes on Wednesday.  This will be fun!

It’s time for your PBIS reminder for today…for those students who attend tutoring either before or after school I have some helpful reminders for you about being respectful. You can be respectful during tutoring by keeping your hands, feet and personal objects to yourself, listening to the speaker and following their directions as well as using the right voice level at all times.  Make sure to raise your hand when you need something and walk wherever you go.  One more reminder - be kind, always.

Did you see the awesome prizes on the table this morning when you walked in? Would you like to try to win one of those prizes? All you have to do is Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Ready everyday! You can earn a green raffle ticket everyday this week to put in the bucket of your choice by making good choices. We hope to see you being helpful to others, walking in the halls quietly, using good manners, and keeping your hands and feet to yourself. Winners will be drawn next Monday morning. You can do this boys and girls! Let's finish strong!

Be Ready

Be Responsible

Be Respectful and do something amazing!

Now I will ask everyone to please stand tall and proud, place your right hand over your heart and join me in saying the Pledge of Allegiance.

TUESDAY

Good morning R.C. Waters!

Today is Tuesday, February 7, 2017

Happy Fettuccine Alfredo Day!  Now that’s a holiday I can really dig into!

Have you heard the news on this “Good News Tuesday?”  Check out the main lobby  monitor to see what it is!

Birthdays

Here’s your PBIS reminder for today…responsibility is something that I love to see taking place.  It’s a great feeling to witness others taking care of themselves and acting in a positive manner.  For those who attend tutoring sessions, you can act responsibly by fully participating in your tutoring time and owning your own actions.  Make sure to complete all of your work while giving your best effort.  Keep the classroom clean that you are using and always keep your voice level appropriate.  Responsibility is key to tutoring!

If you love soccer, and I know that there are quite a few soccer players here at RCW, then listen up!  Spring league registration forms have been passed out (and we have more if you need another copy) and the deadline to send them in is approaching fast!  Next Tuesday is the last day to turn it in!

Bus Riders, please leave your electronics in your bookbags until you are seated on the bus.  When we get electronics out while still in bus line we are not able to pay attention and listen to directions as well because we are playing a game or texting.  Once you are safe in your bus seat you are welcome to get electronics out.

Mrs. Clark would like to give a big SHOUT-OUT to Bus line # 20 for their great behavior yesterday afternoon.  Way to go Bus # 20!

Rockey Little League Baseball registration forms will be going home today.

Tomorrow is “Wonderful Wednesday”  and it’s “Hat Day!”  I look forward to seeing your hats RCW!

Be Ready

Be Responsible

Be Respectful

and let’s have a great day R.C. Waters!
