Summer baseball registration forms for the Rocket Little League baseball league are now available. If you want to play baseball this summer you can pick-up a registration form in the main office.
Attention Seniors: Graduation materials will be delivered during lunch waves onMarch 11th. This will include your caps and gowns and announcements.
Attention Senior girls: The Port Clinton Area Business and Professional Women Scholarship applications are now available in the guidance office. Please note that the due date is March 6th.
All girls interested in participating in track and field this year, there will be a very short meeting after school Wednesday. If you are unable to attend, please contact Coach McKitrick.
National Honor Society members looking for community service hours can sign up to work the concession stand this Friday and Saturday at the wrestling tournament. The sign up sheets are located in Mrs. Haney’s room. Football players that are not involved in a winter sport are required to work and can sign up in Coach May’s room.
8th graders interested in Track and Field but missed the meeting on Tuesday morning, please stop by Coach W’s room 502 for sign-up and information.
The varsity boys’ basketball team lost last night to the Lake, 69-39. Leading scorer for the Rockets was DeShawn Johnson with 15 points and 7 rebounds. The Rockets will be playing their last regular season home game at Port Clinton on Friday, so come out and support the team!
Congratulations to the Freshman Basketball team on their 45-31 victory over Lake. Leading scorers were Aric McAtee and Tate Smith. Great efforts from Tyler Laughlin, Jacob Lewis, Hunter lacer and Clark Rutledge. Final game of the season is at that school to the East.
There will be a mandatory high school track and field meeting for boys and girls this Monday, March 2nd. Please have a parent or other ride at the school to pick you up by 3:30 P.M.
