There will be a mandatory high school track and field meeting for boys and girls after school today.  Please have a parent or other ride at the school to pick you up by 3:30 P.M.

 

Owens Community College is hosting a College Preview Night on Wednesday, March 11 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.  This is your chance to talk with representatives from more than 100 colleges and Universities in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania and more.  Learn from the experts how to get financial aid, plan for college, and prepare for the ACT.

 

The Red Cross is offering a Water Safety Instructor Class for 2 full weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) at the Sandusky YMCA.  Cost is $240.00.  Interested students should contact Dawn Peters ( This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) this class allows you to teach swimming and water safety classes.

 

8th graders interested in track and field this spring should stop by Coach Wojtowicz’s room 502 to sign up and get information about the start of the season.

The varsity boy's basketball team lost a hard fought 75 to 72 overtime battle to the team to the Easton Friday night. Tyler Seivert lead the way for the Rockets with 27 points connecting on 6 from down town. Paul Shay followed with 12 points, while Deshawn Johnson snagged 11 rebounds. The Rockets take on OntarioTuesday night for their first Sectional game. Good luck Rockets!

 

The Freshman Basketball team dropped their final game of the season to Port Clinton 33-28.  Leading the scoring was Tate Smith, with Jacob Lewis, Clark Rutledge, Aric McAtee, Hunter Lacer, and Tyler Laughlin all contributing.  The Super Six ended the season with 10-11 record. Congratulations to these young men for their efforts this year. Uniforms turned intoday at 3:00.

 

Presale tickets fortomorrow's boys basketball sectional game at Mansfield Senior HS will be on sale in the main office today andtomorrow. Tickets in advance are $6 for adults and $4 for students while all tickets cost $6 at the gameon Tuesday night.
