Good morning R.C. Waters!

Today is Friday, October 27, 2017

Today is “Make A Difference Day!”   How will you make a difference in the world today?!

Today is a Rocket Pride Friday.   Halloween events are happening over the next few days.  Many of you enjoyed Halloween in the Halls last night at the High School.  Sunday is Trick or Treat at Riverview Healthcare Campus.  Tuesday is our Halloween parade and parties and then Trick-or-Treat in Oak Harbor is that night beginning at 6:00.  As you attend these events, make sure that you keep your Rocket Pride in your sights at all time.  Listening to adults, respecting others property, being safe when walking down the street and using our manners are all very important things to keep in mind.  Show our community that your Rocket Pride is strong!  GO ROCKETS!

R.C. Cagetakers:

Sunday the doors to the Riverview Healthcare Campus Trick or Treat will open at 6:00 for a fun evening of trick-or-treating through the halls.  There will be a costume contest too with prizes for the best baby, funniest, prettiest and scariest.  Stop by and enjoy some family fun - bring your loved ones!

Looking forward to next week.... Our annual Halloween Parade will be held on Tuesday afternoon beginning at 1:30 pm.  Classroom parties will also take place that afternoon.  Report cards will be sent home on Thursday.  Friday is the 50th day of school!  Let’s celebrate!

Here’s your kindness idea for the day…call someone you haven’t talked to in a while.  Give them a ring  and a smile!!

As we begin another beautiful day here at RCW, I will remind you to always be:

  • Ready

  • Responsible

  • Respectful

Now I will ask you to please stand tall and proud, place your right hand over your heart and say the Pledge of Allegiance with today’s leader.  After we finish with the Pledge, he will lead us in singing the Fight Song!  GO ROCKETS!
