Good morning R.C. Waters!
Today is Friday, October 4, 2019
October is Fire Prevention Month. This is important to raise awareness about fire safety and home safety to make sure that you, family and your home are prepared in the case of an emergency. There are lots of chances in the month of October to talk about fire safety with your family.
Speaking of fire prevention, our 3rd grade friends will visit the Carroll Township Complex today to meet with the firefighters, EMS crew and police officers. Remember to be respectful, responsible & ready!
We have a Frozen lunchbox that was left on Bus # 6 here in the office.
Attention 1st and 2nd graders, there are fliers on the stand outside of the office for information about Girl Scouts. This troupe meets every other Tuesday at St. Paul's Church. Stop by and grab a flier!
Croghan Colonial Bank Apple Festival Coloring Contest entries are due by October 9 to the office.
Let’s look ahead at next week…our Boxtop collection continues throughout the week. On Tuesday we will have a staff meeting right after school and then a TIE meeting later that night at 6:00. At the end of next week is the Apple Festival! It’s hard to believe that it’s almost here already!
Now I will ask everyone to please stand tall and proud, place your right hand over your heart and join our announcements leader in saying the Pledge of Allegiance. After we are finished with the Pledge we will get ready for our day with the “Rocket Rumble” and finish up with the Fight Song.
Today, what are we going to be?
