This year, B-C-S has been approved by the Ohio Department of Education to make up three calamity days using a “Virtual Learning” Plan. After the district has used 5 allowable calamity days, parents will be notified that the 6th calamity day will be a “Virtual Learning Day” by the district’s Instant Alert system. The same message would accompany the 7th and 8th calamity day announcement via the Instant Alert System.
For each “Virtual Learning Calamity Day,” students and parents will be able to access all assignments online.
